Product Description

The dUTP / UDG anti-pollution system is a very effective way to control the contamination of PCR amplification products. DNA-based PCR detection reagents have gradually become a mandatory standard. However, the commonly used E coli. UDG still has high activity at the usual reverse transcription temperature (42-55 °C), which will degrade the cDNA, resulting in a decrease in the sensitivity of One Step RT-PCR / qPCR. The HiScript II U + One Step qRT-PCR Probe Kit contains a proportion-optimized dUTP / dNTP mix with Heat-labile UDG derived from psychrophilic marine bacteria. Heat-labile UDG has high activity at room temperature, and can fully degrade U-containing double-stranded DNA during the reaction system mixing process. When the reaction temperature rises to 50-55 °C (the optimal reaction temperature for HiScript II), Heat-labile UDG is rapidly and completely inactivated to maintain the integrity of the cDNA and ensure that the detection sensitivity is not affected.

RNase free ddH₂O: 1.25 mL × 2 2 × One Step U + Mix: 1.25 mL × 2 One Step U + Enzyme Mix: 250 μL 50 × ROX Reference Dye 1: 100 μL 50 × ROX Reference Dye 2: 100 μL 2 × One Step U + Mix contains dNTP / dUTP Mix, Mg ²⁺. One Step U + Enzyme Mix includes HiScript Ⅱ Reverse Transcriptase, RNase inhibitor, Heat-labile and Champagne Taq DNA Polymerase. 50 × ROX Reference Dye is used to correct the fluorescence signal error between wells.
