CD U + Probe Master Mix is a special reagent for probe-based fluorescent quantitative PCR using DNA as a template. It is suitable for high-sensitivity probe-based qPCR reactions. This reagent is based on the CD qPCR Probe Master Mix and incorporates the dUTP / UDG anti-pollution system. Heat-labile UDG can rapidly degrade U-containing contaminants at room temperature, completely eliminating the effect of amplification product contamination on qPCR reactions.

2 × CDU + Probe Master Mix: 4 × 1.25 mL
50 × ROX Reference Dye 1: 200 μL
50 × ROX Reference Dye 2: 200 μL
2 × CDU + Probe Master Mix contains dNTP / dUTP Mix, Mg2+, CDTaq DNA Polymerase, Heat-labile UDG, etc.
50 × ROX Reference Dye is used to correct the fluorescence signal error between wells.
