CD Universal U + Probe Master Mix V2 uses rigorous chemical modification CDTaq, and with a carefully optimized buffer system, it can greatly improve the sensitivity of probe method quantification. The CD Universal U + Probe Master Mix V2 adds a dUTP / UDG anti-pollution system to reduce false positives caused by the high sensitivity of the probe method, ensuring the authenticity of the results to the greatest extent. At the same time, CD Universal U + Probe Master Mix V2 also uses a special ROX Passive Reference Dye, which is suitable for all qPCR instruments. It does not need to adjust the ROX concentration and is easy to use.
