Product Description
The CD Taq DNA Polymerase contained in this product is a new type of antibody-based hot-start DNA polymerase. It has many advantages such as strong specificity and high detection sensitivity. Suitable for high-specificity and high-sensitivity qPCR reactions. This product contains a special ROX Passive Reference Dye, which is suitable for all qPCR instruments. There is no need to adjust the concentration of ROX on different instruments, and only the primers and templates can be added to prepare the reaction system for amplification.
Components
2 × CD Universal SYBR qPCR Master Mix : 4 × 1.25 mL The 2 × CD Universal SYBR qPCR Master Mix contains dNTP, Mg 2+, CD Taq DNA Polymerase, SYBR Green I, Specific ROX Reference Dye, etc.
Advantage / Highlights
• Extensive platform applicability: special ROX reference dye, suitable for all qPCR instruments, no need to adjust ROX concentration on different instruments.
• Ultra high amplification specificity: The new antibody method hot start enzyme CD Taq DNA Polymerase, with optimized buffer and patent specific promoter ExactorTM, effectively avoids the generation of primer dimers and non-specific amplification.
• Excellent amplification sensitivity: The premix solution has an excellent linear relationship in a wide template interval, and can detect single-digit copies of the test template.
• Excellent program compatibility: Premix can be quantified using standard procedures and fast procedures, which perfectly solves program compatibility.
Applications
•This product is a special premix for qPCR reaction using SYBR Green I chimeric fluorescence method.
