Product Description
CD EVO Super-Fidelity DNA Polymerase is an upgraded version of CD Super-Fidelity DNA Polymerase. Compared with the previous generation, CD EVO has added a unique elongation factor and deeply optimized the reaction system to further enhance its amplification stability, fidelity, and ability to expand long fragments. Using simple templates such as λDNA and plasmids, CD EVO can effectively amplify fragments up to 40 kb; using complex templates such as genomic DNA, CD EVO can also effectively amplify fragments up to 20 kb. The amplification mismatch rate is 1 / 69th of ordinary Taq polymerase, and the amplification speed can reach 15 sec / kb. This enzyme has 5'→ 3' polymerase activity and 3'→ 5' exonuclease activity, and the amplification product is blunt-ended.

Applications
