HotStarTaq Master Mix contains HotStarTaq DNA Polymerase, the unique CD PCR Buffer that minimizes the requirement for optimization, and dNTPs. Providing all components in a master mix reduces pipetting steps and the risk of contamination, while increasing throughput and reproducibility.
