Product Description

This product is expressed in E coli. with Thermomus aquaticus DNA Polymerase gene and purified through multiple steps. It does not contain endonucleases, exonucleases and bacterial DNA. Taq DNA Polymerase has 5'→ 3' exonuclease activity, but no 3'→ 5' exonuclease activity. The 3' end of the PCR product bears A and can be cloned into a T vector. The 10 × Taq Buffer attached to this product is specially optimized, and the PCR products are suitable for polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and agarose gel electrophoresis.
